By ordering from Chelsie Floral Design, you agree to the following:

Flower Availability
All arrangements are made with fresh, seasonal blooms. Specific flowers may vary, but the overall look and value will always be maintained.

Substitutions
If a flower isn’t available, I’ll choose a similar alternative with care.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery. Last-minute changes may not be possible, and cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded.

Delivery
We deliver across Albury, Wodonga, and surrounds. Please provide accurate delivery info.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded spot at the address provided. If there’s nowhere safe to leave them, I may contact the recipient or you to arrange redelivery — additional fees may apply.
