Refunds & Returns

All flowers are made to order using fresh, seasonal blooms โ€” so weโ€™re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If somethingโ€™s not right with your order (damaged or incorrect), please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Iโ€™ll do my best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • Flowers arrive in poor condition

  • Thereโ€™s a clear issue with the order

  • You contact me within 24 hours

Refunds canโ€™t be offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery details provided

  • Flowers left unattended if no one is home
