Refunds & Returns

All flowers are made to order using fresh, seasonal blooms — so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If something’s not right with your order (damaged or incorrect), please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I’ll do my best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • Flowers arrive in poor condition

  • There’s a clear issue with the order

  • You contact me within 24 hours

Refunds can’t be offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery details provided

  • Flowers left unattended if no one is home
